The price per person covers the food, packaging, delivery to your office and setup. Serving equipment is included on hot buffet packages. All prices exclude VAT.
We start at 10 people per delivery for recurring office lunches, and 30 people for company days and client events.
Yes, that is what we do best. You pick the days and delivery window, we rotate the menu so the team never gets bored, and you get one invoice per month.
Hybrid teams change constantly. You can adjust numbers up to 48 hours before each delivery at no extra cost.
We keep your team's dietary list on file: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergies. Individual dishes are labelled per person where needed.
You get one consolidated invoice per month with a clear price per person and VAT breakdown, payable by bank transfer on standard business terms. Purchase order references are welcome.
We deliver across the Netherlands, with the most availability in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Enschede. Tell us your address and we'll confirm.
For recurring office lunches, one week is enough to get started. For company days and client events of 50 or more people, two to four weeks gives the most menu freedom.
Cancel or move a single delivery up to 48 hours before without charge. Inside 48 hours we charge for food already purchased.
No. Food arrives cooked and ready to serve. We only need a table or counter for setup, and a lift or ground-floor access for larger orders.
Yes. Most teams start with one trial lunch at their chosen budget per person before setting up a weekly schedule.
Yes, breakfast, coffee breaks and afternoon snacks can be added to any package for full-day events or training days.
