What we mean by a company lunch

A company lunch is a shared meal for everyone in the office that day. Local chefs cook it fresh and deliver at the agreed time. The real decision is the format: sharing platters, a buffet, or a setup per floor. We pick that together, based on your headcount and your space.

  • For a one-off lunch or a fixed day each week
  • Format matched to your headcount and office space
  • Rotating international cuisines from local chefs
  • One point of contact and a clear proposal

The format decides whether the day runs smoothly

Most office lunches do not go wrong on the food. They go wrong on the setup: not enough space, a queue that stalls, or nobody knowing when it arrives.

Everyone eats inside the break

We match the setup to your break window, so the last person in line is not eating half an hour late.

Built around your space

One long table, a pantry or a canteen each need a different layout. That goes into the proposal.

One person handles it

No separate orders per team. You pass on the numbers and keep the overview.

How we pick a format together

Three steps from request to a lunch that works in your office.

  1. 1

    Headcount and city

Tell us which city you are in and roughly how many people will join. That is enough to start.

  2. 2

We propose a format and menu

You get a proposal with the cuisine, the setup and dietary options, plus a clear price per person.

  3. 3

    We confirm the day

Delivery time, final numbers and where it gets set up are agreed in advance.

Examples of what lands on the table

This is what a company lunch looks like when you rotate cuisines. Examples, not a fixed menu card.

Indian sharing platters
Option 1

Indian sharing platters

Curry, paneer, biryani, naan

Mexican taco table
Option 2

Option 3

Falafel, hummus, salads, shawarma

Which cuisines are available depends on your city and the date. The proposal shows what is possible for that day.

Which format fits which headcount?

These are the setups we usually suggest. We adjust them to your space.

HeadcountFormat we suggestWhat we watch for
Up to 10 peoplePlatters in the middle of the tableOne table, very little setup needed
10 to 25 peopleBuffet with several dishesRoom to walk past and go back for seconds
25 to 75 peopleWider buffet, extra vegetarian dishesFlow during the break and the delivery slot
75 people or moreSetup agreed together, possibly per floorFloors, shifts and topping up

Share dietary needs once

Tell us what your team needs and we build it into the proposal. We confirm what is possible per menu rather than promising it upfront.

  • Vegetarian and vegan options can be included
  • Allergies are shared once for the whole team
  • Halal and other requirements are confirmed per menu
  • With a fixed day you do not resend your list every time

What does a company lunch cost?

There is no single fixed price, because every menu is put together for your team. The price per person depends on a few things we go through first.

  • The menu and the number of dishes
  • How many people are joining
  • The city and the chef cooking for you
  • Dietary options included in the menu

You see a clear price per person in the proposal, before you commit to anything.

Company lunch questions

How do I know which format fits our office?+

You do not have to work that out. Share your headcount and your space and we suggest a setup that fits.

Can we try it once first?+

Yes. Many companies start with a single lunch with no follow-up commitment, then decide whether to make it a fixed day.

How many people can you handle?+

From a small team to larger groups across floors. For bigger numbers we look at the delivery slot and setup together.

Is every cuisine always available?+

No. What is possible depends on your city and the date. The proposal shows which cuisines work for that day.

How do vegetarian and vegan options work?+

They can be included in the menu. Share your requirements once and we confirm them per menu.

How soon do I get a proposal?+

Your request goes to one contact person who sends concrete menu options with a price per person.

Give us your headcount, we will suggest a format

Tell us your city and team size and we will send a few menu options with a price per person.
