Meeting lunch

A meeting lunch that does not stall the session

In a half-day workshop, timing matters more than the number of courses. We help you pick food that is easy to eat, arrives at a set moment and keeps energy in the room.

Takes less than a minute. No payment required.

Lunch set up next to a meeting table

What makes a meeting lunch different?

In a meeting or workshop the programme leads. Lunch has to fit into it: on time, easy to serve and with no ordering happening mid-session. We match the delivery time and format to your agenda and keep the food light enough to keep working afterwards.

  • For internal meetings, workshops and training days
  • Delivery time matched to your agenda
  • Dishes that work from the hand or a plate
  • Dietary needs collected once for all participants

Lunch decides how the second half goes

A session that overruns because food arrived late, or a group that fades after a heavy buffet, costs you the afternoon.

At the agreed moment

We fix one delivery time around your break, so you do not have to reshuffle the programme.

Light enough to keep going

You can choose dishes that satisfy without weighing the group down for the afternoon session.

No ordering during the session

Everything is arranged in advance, so nobody is on the phone halfway through.

How we plan around your agenda

Three steps, matched to the shape of the day.

  1. 1

Share the day and participant count

City, number of people and when the break falls. That is enough for a first proposal.

  2. 2

We suggest a format that fits

For example platters on a side table or individual portions, with a price per person.

  3. 3

    We lock the time

Delivery slot, numbers and where it is set up are agreed in advance with one contact person.

What works during a meeting day

What is possible depends on your city and the date. The proposal states what works for that day.

Sort participant dietary needs in advance

In a meeting it is awkward to discover at lunch that someone cannot eat anything. Collect the requirements once and share them in your request.

  • Vegetarian and vegan options can be included
  • Participant allergies are shared in advance
  • Halal and other requirements are confirmed per menu
  • With external participants it helps to include extra options

What does a meeting lunch cost?

The price per person depends on the menu and the setup that fits your day.

  • The format: platters, buffet or individual portions
  • The number of participants
  • The city and the chef cooking
  • Dietary options included in the menu

You get a clear price per person in the proposal, before you commit to anything.

Meeting lunch questions

Can lunch arrive at a fixed time?+

We agree one delivery slot around your break in advance. If the programme shifts, let us know and we will see what is possible.

What works if we want to keep working?+

Formats you eat from the hand or a plate, such as mezze, tacos or a light vegetarian table.

Do we need a separate room?+

Not always. For small groups a side table works; for larger groups a separate space keeps the flow easier.

Can you deliver for several breaks in one day?+

Share the shape of the day in your request and we will look at delivery slots that fit it.

How do you handle dietary needs of external guests?+

Share them in advance. Vegetarian and vegan can be included; halal and allergies are confirmed per menu.

How far ahead should we request?+

The earlier the better, especially for bigger groups. Name the days you have in mind and we will tell you what is feasible.

Tell us when your break falls

Share your city, participant count and the day, and we will send lunch options with a price per person.
